The service

Fintrek (fintrek.app) is a money tracker for people who live in more than one currency: a Telegram bot @fintrek_ai_bot that records expenses, income, exchanges and debts by voice or text, and a dashboard at app.fintrek.app. Fintrek is operated by its founder as an individual.
Fintrek is a record-keeping tool. It does not hold your money, connect to your bank or give financial, tax or investment advice. Exchange rates are the ones you enter; totals in your main currency depend on them.

After the trial, adding new records requires a subscription: $4.99 a month or $49 a year, prices in US dollars. The subscription renews automatically each period until you cancel.
Without a subscription you keep full access to everything you have recorded: viewing, reports, export and deletion stay free, always. Nothing you recorded is removed because a subscription ended.
You subscribe and manage your subscription on the website: app.fintrek.app/pay.

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record: it handles billing, sales taxes and receipts. We never see your full card details. The charge on your statement appears as DODOPAY_FINTREK.

You can cancel at any time; the subscription stays active until the end of the paid period. Refunds are described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

What we store and how to export or delete it: Your data. You keep all rights to your records.

Please do not use Fintrek for anything unlawful or to overload the service. Questions to the AI assistant have daily and monthly limits that keep the service affordable; plain records without AI are not limited.

We work to keep every record exactly as you confirmed it and check integrity automatically, but the service is provided as is. Check important figures against your bank and keep your own export for anything critical. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

If these terms or prices change, we tell you in the bot at least 14 days in advance. A price change never applies to a period you have already paid for.
